Ingredients
- Sabudana 1 cup (soaked overnight)
- Peas 250 grams Boiled
- Corn 1/4th cup Boiled
- Tomato 1 small
- Onion 1 small
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Ginger 1 inch
- Green Chili 1 small
- Cumin 1/2 tsp
- Lime 1 small
- Olive Oil 1 tbsp
- Salt To Taste
- Pepper To Taste
- Coriander Fresh
- Green Onion Fresh
Directions
- Step 1
- 1: Saute onion in olive oil on medium flame.
- Step 2
- 2: Add cumin, ginger, chili, garlic, and tomato.
- Step 3
- 3: Saute on low to medium flame.
- Step 4
- 4: Add boiled peas and corn.
- Step 5
- 5: Add sabudana and let it sizzle for 5 minutes.
- Step 6
- 6: Season with salt and pepper.
- Step 7
- 7: Add lime juice.
